Banner Images?

So people. It has been noted that this site could be more prettyful. I agree, and I think this could be achieved partially by a change in banner. The bookshelf is nice and all, looks pretty collegiate, but like, where are the rainbows and stuff?

So I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions? I would probably keel over in happiness if anyone sent me an original image that they drew/painted/collaged/made in microsoft paint. But also, if you see an image you think would be nice up there, send me a link.

Well hello, everyone. This is your anonymous and omnipotent webmaster (hint: it’s Simone) of trans*columbia, Columbia University’s unofficial online resource for trans*, gender-nonconforming, and SOFFA students (don’t know what those terms mean? Go to the glossary). I’m hoping that we can all use this site as a way to share information, build community, and amass resources. I would really appreciate any criticism and suggestions you have to offer. In the mean time, please explore the site, and check back for blog posts. I hope to be posting goings-on about town, campus events, relevant news, maybe some pretty pictures, and letting it evolve from there.
